Our flagship program! Since we have been running world class CrossFit group classes which follow our posted workout of the day. Verb to be challenged by the workouts, educated by our coaches and supported by your fellow athletes.

Short Circuit Group Classes
Short Circuit classes consist of a series of strength training and conditioning circuits designed to get your blood pumping. These classes utilize bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises for those who are are interested in getting a great workout but less interested in heavy barbell
